  • If you’re not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a refund for unused portions of your retainer or project fee
  • Initial strategy and setup fees are non-refundable as these involve dedicated research and customization
SEO Services

90-Day Performance Review

  • SEO requires time to show results. We evaluate performance at the 90-day mark
  • Refunds may be issued if agreed-upon deliverables were not met, excluding factors beyond our control (algorithm updates, competitor actions, website technical issues)
Paid Advertising Management

Monthly Campaign Review

  • Ad spend is non-refundable (paid directly to platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Management fees may be refunded if we fail to deliver contracted reporting or account management services
Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Custom website design and development (after design approval)
  • Content creation (after client approval)
  • Third-party software, tools, or advertising costs
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Completed consultations and strategy sessions

  • Fixed-term contracts: Early cancellation may incur fees; refunds calculated on completed vs. remaining work
  • Project-based work: Cancellation allowed before work begins; partial refunds for work in progress

    Search engine optimization takes time to show results. Refund requests are evaluated after a minimum 90-day period.
  • Ad Spend Is Non-Refundable
    Budget allocated to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is paid directly to those platforms and cannot be refunded.
  •  Management Fees Are Refundable Under Certain Conditions.
    If we fail to deliver contracted services, reports, or account management, management fees may be eligible for refund.
  • Custom Design Work Has Milestone-Based Refunds. Website design and development refunds are calculated based on completed milestones and client-approved phases.
  •  Content Creation Is Final After Approval.
    Once you approve blog posts, graphics, videos, or other content, those deliverables are considered complete and non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Costs Are Never Refundable
    Software subscriptions, premium tools, stock images, domain registrations, and hosting fees cannot be refunded.
  •  Monthly Contracts Require 30-Day Notice
    To cancel a monthly retainer, provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.
  •  Fixed-Term Contracts May Incur Early Termination Fees.
    Long-term agreements (6-month, 12-month contracts) require completion or may involve penalty fees for early cancellation.
  • Project-Based Work Allows Pre-Start Cancellations
    You can cancel project-based services before work begins for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
  • Consultation and Strategy Sessions Are Non-Refundable
    Once completed, discovery calls, audits, and strategic planning sessions cannot be refunded.
  • Refund Requests Must Be Submitted in Writing
    Email your request to refunds@honeybump.com with your account details and reason for the refund.
  • Review Period Is 5-7 Business Days
    Our team will review your refund request and respond within one week of submission.
  • Processing Takes Up to 14 Business Days.
    Approved refunds are processed and returned to your original payment method within two weeks.
  • Partial Refunds Are Calculated Fairly.
    We assess deliverables completed, time invested, and resources allocated to determine partial refund amounts.
  • Force Majeure Exceptions Apply
    Algorithm changes, platform policy updates, or other factors beyond our control may affect service delivery and refund eligibility.

We reserve the Right to Refuse Service In cases of policy violations, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity, we may terminate services without refund.
